The yield based on the new payout is 2.3%.
LaSalle Hotel Properties (LHO), a real estate investment trust (REIT), engages in the purchase, ownership, redevelopment, and leasing of primarily upscale and luxury full-service hotels in convention, resort, and urban business markets. April 23rd the company increased its quarterly dividend 34% to $0.375 per share. The dividend is payable July 15, 2014 to stockholders of record on June 30, 2014. The yield based on the new payout is 4.6%.
The Travelers Companies, Inc. (TRV) provides various commercial and personal property, and casualty insurance products and services to businesses, government units, associations, and individuals in the United States. April 22nd the company increased its quarterly dividend 10% to $0.55 per share. The dividend is payable June 30, 2014 to stockholders of record on June 10, 2014.
