Holly Energy Partners, L.P., (HEP) is engaged in the business of operating a system of petroleum product and crude pipelines, storage tanks, distribution terminals and loading rack facilities. October 21st the partnership increased its quarterly distribution 1.7% to $0.595 per unit. The distribution is payable November 10, 2016 to unitholders of record on October 31, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of October 27, 2016. The yield based on the new payout is 7.1%.
The Macerich Company (MAC) is a fully integrated self-managed and self-administered real estate investment trust, which focuses on the acquisition, leasing, management, development and redevelopment of regional malls throughout the United States. October 21st the company increased its quarterly dividend 4.4% to $0.71 per share. The dividend is payable December 2, 2016 to stockholders of record on November 11, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of November 8, 2016. The yield based on the new payout is 3.8%.
Magellan Midstream Partners, L.P. (MMP) is engaged in the transportation, storage and distribution of refined petroleum products and crude oil. October 20th the partnership increased its quarterly distribution 2.1% to $0.8375 per unit. Accenture plc (ACN) is engaged in providing management consulting, technology and outsourcing services. October 19th the company increased its semi-annual dividend 10% to $1.21 per share. Phillips 66 Partners LP (PSXP) owns, operates, develops and acquires fee-based crude oil, refined petroleum product and natural gas liquids (NGL) pipelines, terminals and other transportation and midstream assets. Nordic American Tankers Limited (NAT) is an international tanker company that owns approximately 26 vessels, including approximately two new buildings under construction, of approximately 156,000 deadweight tonnage (dwt) each. October 17th the company increased its quarterly dividend 4% to $0.26 per share. The dividend is payable November 10, 2016 to stockholders of record on October 27, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of October 25, 2016. The yield based on the new payout is 11%.
