STORE Capital Corporation (STOR) is an internally managed net-lease real estate investment trust, or REIT, that is the leader in the acquisition, investment and management of Single Tenant Operational Real Estate, which is its target market and the inspiration for its name. Recently the company increased its quarterly dividend 6.5% to $0.33 per share. The dividend is payable October 15, 2018 to stockholders of record on September 28, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of September 27, 2018. The yield based on the new payout is 4.6%.
Exantas Capital Corp. (XAN), a real estate investment trust, primarily focuses on the origination, holding, and management of commercial mortgage loans and commercial real estate-related debt investments in the United States. Recently the company increased its quarterly dividend 50% to $0.15 per share. The dividend is payable October 26, 2018 to stockholders of record on September 28, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of September 27, 2018. The yield based on the new payout is 5.2%.
